On 11 and 12 December 2015 met in Buenos Aires the Council on Foreign Relations in Latin America and the Caribbean Board to conduct a political dialogue with experts and other guests in order to examine the current state of Latin America and its impact on the region and the strategic perspectives of its international insertion.
