International Seminar "Latin America and the Global Governance"

On the occasion of the creation of the Council on Foreign Relations in Latin America and the Caribbean (RIAL Council), October 15-16th, took place in Mexico City the International Seminar: "Latin America and the Global Governance". The event was sponsored by the Vidanta Foundation and was attended by prominent Latin American specialists in the field of international relations.
