This project analyzed the relationships that Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Central America, the Caribbean, Cuba, Peru, Mexico, and Venezuela have had with the United States during the first decade of the 21st century.
The project was led by Jorge I. Dominguez, Harvard University, and Rafael Fernandez de Castro, Mexico Autonomous Institute of Technology.
