Fundación vidanta collaborated with the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) and the Center for Economic Research and Teaching of Mexico (CIDE) in the organization of the international seminar “Latin America and Global Governability”, which has been scheduled to mark the founding of the Latin American Council for International Relations. The seminar will take place in Mexico City October 15 and 16, and will have the sponsorship of the Vidanta Foundation and the support of ECLAC, OAS, SEGIB, UNDP, and CAF. The Council will be presided over by the ex-President of Chile, Ricardo Lagos, and it will be comprised of Latin American politicians and academic specialists in international relations.
