The Vidanta Foundation sponsors a project titled "The Future of Work in Latin America" that is housed at the headquarters of El Colegio de México. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, project managers adapted the program of face-to-face activities into a series of virtual events. There were four dialogues with key actors in society to identify and discuss the consequences of the pandemic, which was both a health and economic crisis for Mexico. Within this same program, a two-session seminar was held in collaboration with the Simone de Beauvoir Leadership Institute of Mexico City, which was the winner of the first Fundación Vidanta award in 2018. The seminar entitled "Work and Gender Inequality in the Context of COVID-19" took place on June 24 and 25.
