Launch Of The Latin American Council For International Relations.

The forum “The demand for a Latin American perspective in world affairs” took place at the formal launch of the Latin American Council for International Relations (RIAL). The council was presided over by the ex-President of Chile, Ricardo Lagos, and took place on October 16 in the Club of Industrialists in Mexico City. At the end of the event, Fundación Vidanta sponsored the closing dinner. The keynote speaker was Marco Aurelio Garcia, Special Advisor on International Affairs to the President of Brazil.
