Fundación Vidanta attends the founding workshop "Scholars, Practitioners, and Inter-American Relations" directed by Prof. Abraham Lowenthal of the Center for International Studies, University of Southern California (USC). The project also is sponsored by the Center for International Studies, the Office of Globalization, and the Jesse M. Unruh Institute of the University of Southern California, as well as the United Nations Program for Development and the International Development Research Centre of Canada.
