On April 5, the Brazilian Center for International Relations organized a virtual seminar to herald the international launch of its new publication, CEBRI-International Relations Magazine of South America. The event was attended by Brazilian ambassadors Marcos Azambuja, Jose Octavio Bordón, and Celso Lafer, as well as Hussein Kalout, chief editor of the magazine. Dr. Roberto Russell, President of the Vidanta Foundation, was the main speaker at the meeting alongside Professor Fabián Calle, who referred to the relationship between the United States and Latin America in a context characterized by a growing presence of China in the region.
