On June 28, 2013, the call for applications closed for the 4th edition of the Fundacion Vidanta Award “Contributions to the Reduction of Poverty and Inequality in Latin America and the Caribbean” and the first edition of the Fundacion Vidanta “Lifetime Achievement Award.” The foundation received more than 1,000 inquiries and more than 353 presentations that fulfilled the basic requirements for the Award. The candidates will be evaluated by the Panel of Award Judges on September 6 in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
