The Panel of Judges for the Fundacion Vidanta Award met on September 9 in Nuevo Nayarit, Mexico, to choose the winning institutions for the corresponding prizes for the year 2016. The Panel was comprised of: Cynthia Arnson, Rolando Cordera, Luis Maira, José Luis Machinea and Julio María Sanguinetti.
