Roberto Russell, President of the Vidanta Foundation attended the V Europe-Latin America-United States/Canada Trilateral Forum,"North America, Latin America and the European Union: coping with new political and economic scenarios". The event was heid on July17 and 18 at the Parador La Granja (Segovia) and was organized by the Ibero-American General Secretariat and the Real Instituto Elcano.
