The Foundation will sponsor a new project on the emergence of Asia, particularly China and India, and its implications for Latin America. The project will be managed by two institutions associated with the Foundation: The Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, Washington DC, and the Torcuato Di Tella University, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
