The Advisory Council of the “Citizen Security in Latin America” project of the United Nations Development Programme met in Viña del Mar, Chile, on January 11 and 12. The Council discussed the work that was presented by the team of researchers that leads this project. Daniel Chavez Moran, President of Vidanta Group, joined the group of advisors that participated in the meeting. Dr. Roberto Russell, President of the Vidanta Foundation, attended the meeting as a special guest.
