The Vidanta Foundation, together with the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF), sponsored the presentation of the Council on Foreign Relations of Latin America and the Caribbean (RIAL) in Washington D.C. The meeting took place at the Hall of the Americas of the OAS and was attended by the former President of Chile, Ricardo Lagos, former Spanish Prime Minister, Felipe González, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF), Enrique Garcia, and Bill Richardson, former Governor of New Mexico.
